| special people only! or those who care about any of my stats from the group ride today

one lap = 5 miles; the first and last were warmup/cooldown. managed to cramp up really badly at the end of the third lap, which was a lot of fun! kept up otherwise. I'd guess there were 50 or so people on road bikes...
graphical version:
map; started at 75th street brewery, made a big circle, coming up Lee boulevard. I've done this route before on my own; it's a good one. :)
so tonight was pretty good, except that when I got home, I was adjusting my saddle height [in order to prevent the wonderful pain from developing in my calves] and apparently I tightened the clasp a bit too tightly upon finishing, because it broke right in two. bleh. so........ can't really ride the bike until that gets fixed, which is hopefully during my lunch break tomorrow. :p
